Bell Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work. All services are provided in CA and are subject to applicable state and local regulations. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by Bell Insulation are based on a visual inspection of the property and the information provided by the customer at the time of the assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted in writing.
An estimate is not a guaranteed final price. If conditions are discovered during the work that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate - such as hidden damage, contaminated material, or access difficulties - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised scope and cost for your approval.
Verbal quotes are not binding. All pricing must be confirmed in a written estimate or contract before work begins.
Once an appointment is scheduled and confirmed, we reserve that time for your project. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you when you schedule.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. If we are delayed, we will contact you as early as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate or service agreement. In general:
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by CA law. If payment is not received after reasonable notice, we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including the filing of a mechanic's lien on the property where permitted.

Bell Insulation stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any workmanship warranty will be described in your written service agreement. Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: flooding, fire, pest infestation after the work is completed, modifications made by others, or failure to follow post-installation instructions provided by our crew.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of information on the site. General guidance on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice for your specific property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bell Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, or statute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, CA.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.
